I have a secure, purpose-built room which is designed to be a welcoming and confidential space. As well as face-to-face, I am able to offer sessions either online or by telephone, depending on your preference.
I am based in Nursling SO16 0XH (full address will be provided once we have agreed to work together). If travelling by car, there is plenty of unrestricted street parking close by. If you are using public transport, the Bluestar number 4 bus stops at the end of the road and I am just a short walk from the bus stop.
Fees
I offer a free initial telephone session which is 30 minutes long and there is no obligation to commit to further sessions.
If you decide to continue with counselling, individual sessions are 50 minutes long and cost £53.
Most people attend once per week, however this can vary depending on your needs.
Payment can be made either by bank transfer before the session, or by debit/credit card or cash at the end of the session if face to face.
