About You

People seek counselling for a wide range of reasons.

You may have experienced a recent difficult or distressing event in your life, such as redundancy, illness, relationship breakdown, or bereavement. Or you may be struggling to come to terms with things that happened to you in the past and that are still affecting your life today.

Perhaps you have a specific issue, such as anxiety or addiction, and would like to explore what this means for you and how to deal with it.

Whatever your reason for coming to counselling, you can be certain that you will be met with warmth and acceptance, a non-judgemental approach and a genuine interest in your well-being.
